Description

Collected in 140- or 240-liters receptacles and emptied by specially designed vehicles. The customer is responsible for keeping the receptacle clean.

Collection

Separate collection units, such as cardboard sleeves or crates. Cardboard must be removed before delivery.

Processing

Visually quality controlled.

Recycling

Food waste is converted into raw material for biogas plants or recycled for energy. The residual product is used for soil improvement after heat treatment.

Non-compliance

A sorting fee may be charged if the item is not sorted into a homogeneous fraction. If sorting is not possible, the entire delivery can be reclassified.
